VoiceCraft TTS account চালানো, payment verify করা, plan activate করা, device limit manage করা এবং support দেওয়ার জন্য only necessary information collect করে। অপ্রয়োজনীয় personal data collect করা আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য নয়।

আমরা যে তথ্য নিই

• Name, email এবং phone number, যখন checkout বা support request করা হয়।
• Firebase user ID, account email, selected plan এবং activation status.
• Device identifier, activation history এবং app version, Pro/Business device limit check করার জন্য।
• Cashfree বা approved payment gateway থেকে order ID, payment status, plan amount এবং activation time.
• Support issue solve করার জন্য screenshot, error message বা Windows version, যদি user পাঠান।

Payment data

VoiceCraft TTS card number, UPI PIN, bank password বা full payment credentials store করে না। Payment gateway sensitive payment details handle করে। আমরা only order status, plan metadata এবং activation proof রাখি যাতে paid access reliably verify করা যায়।

Script এবং generated audio

Your scripts and generated audio are treated as your content. Support issue solve করার জন্য voluntarily script sample পাঠালে তা troubleshooting purpose-এ review করা হয়। Consent ছাড়া আপনার script public marketing example হিসেবে use করা হবে না।

Data কীভাবে use হয়

Data use করা হয় sign in, plan verification, app unlock, fraud prevention, device-limit enforcement, refund review, support diagnosis এবং product reliability improve করার জন্য। Account and payment data third-party advertisers-এর কাছে sell করা হয় না।

Retention and deletion

Payment and activation records tax, legal, fraud-prevention এবং dispute-handling requirements অনুযায়ী retain হতে পারে। Privacy request করতে Contact page দিয়ে same account email use করুন।

Bengali users should treat the checkout email as the main account identity for VoiceCraft TTS. The system uses it for sign in, paid plan activation, payment verification, support history and device-limit checks.

We recommend using the same email for purchase and app sign in. This helps the backend verify the plan correctly and avoids manual license-key confusion.
