Refund Policy

VoiceCraft TTS paid plan কেনার আগে free plan দিয়ে app workflow test করার সুযোগ রাখে। তবুও payment, activation বা technical issue হলে আমরা fair support review করি। Refund request সাধারণত purchase date থেকে 7 দিনের মধ্যে করতে হবে।

Refund request কীভাবে করবেন

Contact page থেকে support request পাঠান। Message-এ account email, order ID, selected plan, payment gateway, payment date, Windows version, app version এবং exact issue লিখুন। Screenshot বা screen recording থাকলে review দ্রুত হয়।

Eligible cases

• Payment successful হয়েছে কিন্তু backend verification-এর পরেও plan activate হয়নি।
• Supported Windows device-এ app install বা launch হচ্ছে না এবং support troubleshooting issue solve করতে পারেনি।
• Paid feature materially unavailable এবং reasonable workaround নেই।
• Duplicate payment হয়েছে এবং only one plan active থাকা উচিত।

Non-refundable cases

Completed commercial work, policy violation, account sharing, device limit bypass, unsupported system, wrong expectation after free trial, বা 7 দিনের পরে request এলে refund decline হতে পারে। Voice quality preference alone refund guarantee করে না, কারণ user free workflow test করতে পারে।

Processing timeline

Approved refund original payment method-এ gateway timeline অনুযায়ী process হবে। Bank বা UPI provider final credit timing control করে। Refund approve হলে plan access deactivate বা downgrade হতে পারে।

Before requesting

App-এর Profile/Refresh Plan option try করুন, same checkout email দিয়ে sign in করুন, internet connection check করুন এবং latest installer use করুন।

Refund review information

Refund review starts with the checkout email, payment reference, selected plan and activation status. If Bengali account activation did not work after verified payment, send a short explanation with screenshot proof.

For technical problems, support may first check login, device binding, app version and export behavior. If the issue cannot be resolved fairly, the refund request is reviewed with the available payment record.
