Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a customer may request a refund for a VoiceCraft TTS paid plan and how the request is reviewed.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date if the service does not work as described and support cannot reasonably resolve the problem.

Eligible cases

• Payment was successful but the selected plan did not activate after gateway verification and support could not fix it.
• The supported Windows application cannot install or launch after reasonable troubleshooting.
• A paid feature is materially unavailable and there is no practical workaround.
• A duplicate payment was made for the same plan.

How to request a refund

Email the merchant using the checkout email address. Include your name, account email, order ID, selected plan, payment gateway, payment date, amount and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots, the app version and the Windows version may be requested to verify the claim.

Review process

We first check the payment status with Cashfree or PhonePe and review the account activation record. For technical claims, support may ask you to follow troubleshooting steps. A decision is made after the payment and service information can be reasonably verified.

Non-refundable cases

A refund may be declined for account sharing, device-limit abuse, activation bypass, fraud, policy violations, unsupported systems, completed commercial use, change of mind after substantial use, or requests made after the 7-day period.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Cashfree, PhonePe and the relevant bank or UPI provider control the final settlement time after a refund is initiated. Paid access may be deactivated after approval.
